Policies

​

• Deposits:
   

  • 25% deposit required for overnight bookings.
     

  • 50% deposit required for holiday stays.
     

• Cancellations:
   

  • 7 or more days notice = Full deposit refund
     

  • 3 to 7 days notice = 50% deposit refund
     

  • Less than 72 hours = Deposit non-refundable
     

  • Emergencies considered case-by-case

  Cash, Venmo, PayPal
